I haven't received my trial access email.

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there after 5 minutes, email hello@klevai.co.uk with the subject 'Missing access email' and we will resolve it immediately.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel at any time from the billing section in your dashboard. Your access continues until the end of the current paid period. You can also email us and we will handle it for you.

Can I get a refund?

Please see our full refund policy in the Terms of Service. In short, we do not issue refunds for periods already used, but we will always try to find a fair resolution.
